Went to a car show a short while ago. Here’s some pics.
One of the local papers has this lovely beast as a promotional tool
Naturally there was a showing from a few fire departments, seeing as how it was their car show.
So Texas. I can’t think of anything more Texas than this.
Beautiful day for a car show!
Of course the Torchbug came along!
Cue fanboi drooling from various Oppo members (you know who you are).
So. Blue.
This lovely Bel-Air was sitting at the back of the lot far from everyone else.
Surprisingly not small block powered like so many of these old restored GM trucks.
What is going on here is that a supercharger I see?
I could hear the Beach Boys begin to play in my head as I approached this
Seeeeeewww Fauncey
This one was neat, for a small donation to (I forget what) you could take a whack at it with a sledge.
WHAT THE FUCK
SO CLEANNNNNNN
IT WAS SOLD NEW HERE HOW IS THIS NOT A PILE OF RUST
As always it’s best to check the parking lot for the car show.
The Camero was strong with this one.

Wow, that Gremlin is awesome. Belongs in the show, not in the parking lot.

It was so ridiculously clean the only corrosion I found was on a chrome door lock.

I think within 10 years these will be among the most popular at any car show. Even kids will be like “the fuck is that, daddy?” “Well your grandad said it was a real piece of shit. Great car *tears*"
